"It's one of those things that can happen for a while, but it's never been used in your lifetime as a hair dye. And it's always used as a facial hair dye. It's not even used in any other products."

"It comes up during a period that's very important for the work we do. It's also important as a hair colour to be worn as soon as possible," says Paz.

"I don't want to be rude... I hope I'm helping people out."
